The only thing even slightly objectionable is her statement that she "regrets" saying things that turned out to be not true.

As for "Qanon", she merely pointed out that Q posts are a mix of truth and falsehood, which Q has stated more than once.

This is being pitched as a pathetic "retreat" (and she lost the vote anyway), but I think the vast majority of normal American would find little wrong with what she said in this speech, and I think this again deludes the enemy into thinking they have scored a victory.

Anyone claiming she is a plant is a shill.

She didn't say that at all.

She corrrectly stated that Q sometimes provides disinfo.

She did make the mistaken inference that there could be nothing good about this, but it would be detrimental at this moment for someone in her posiition right there to get into such subtleties.
