There was no indication of marker RED5 being confirmed prior to January 20th but I'm fairly certain I saw a specific reference to the National Military Command Center in the news about Biden not having full access to the Pentagon.
It would make sense for this to be RED6 in which case presumably we'd be waiting on the United States Secret Service to carry out the arrests to put the military in control if the military is being blocked.
