Why do teachers have to pay out of their own pockets for school supplies?

Why are schools always saying they are broke and need more money?

Are the schools blowing all the money on big tech products from Apple, Google, and Microsoft?

Democrats run all the schools so I’m sure they got some huge embezzling system going on.
