Forgot to mention: I use fenbendazole.
Tried turpentine, that caused painful urination for a few months I do not recommend it. Or, don't use as much as I did.
Following fenbendazole label (1 tsp for my body weight; 3 days in a row, then 4 days off). Not every week, but have done several weeks in a row with no apparent side effects.

I've read and recommend the book, "Parasite Rex"; one thing I recall from it is there's a parasite that goes through ant, sheep, and snail, then ant again. It modifies the behavior of the ant – in the evening, it walks to the top of a blade of grass.
A sheep comes along grazing, doesn't even notice the ant, and the parasite gets into the sheep.
Then sheep's dung is processed by snails, getting into the snails; and then the snail's slime trail is processed by the ants, completing the cycle.
It only needs to change the ant's behavior, although I'd imagine they also affect the other two.
Really neat to not "be thinking about sex every six seconds" like they taught us back in government school! :)
