I hounded Trump for months about the treatment at the VA on twitter, asked many questions, never a response but he did sign an executive order that gave them choice not to wait and got rid of a lot of people who were doing our vets no good, he even publicly stated that. See how honest questioning can cause not personal shame but shame and cause positive change. After 4 years at the VA taking care of my Father, I saw what some were doing first and second hand.
