Fellow anons, here's my theory on the Apple Photos: Perhaps these indicate the company recently lied about their earnings.

After hours this past Tuesday, Apple reported better than expected quarterly earnings. This is normal for them. However, they sold slightly fewer iPhones and at a lower price than expected. Among other things, they claimed a 21% revenue increase year-over-year from Greater China and 22% increase y-o-y from Japan putting them on par with its European revenues.

In China, anyone who has money already has a cellphone. It's a very competitive market there going up against domestic brands as well as prolific counterfeiters. Japan is similiar minus the counterfeiters. Apple attributed this strong revenue increase in part due to adoption of Apple Pay in these two countries' transit systems. They rolled out Apply Pay in China on 30 Mar 2018 (2 days before reporting quarter ends) and in Japan in Oct 2016 (17 months prior).

Perhaps the photo of the trailer is not for us to guess what's on the pallets but to notice that it's not full. If their revenues were growing very well, then it should be full right? If not, the company should have reported a big miss.

Have to go to work now. Later.
