Reefer doesn't look any different on the outside from any box trailer except for the motor box on the front so wouldn't be more covert. I was thinking this freight has been confiscated by the white hats; that's how Q got the pic. I'm letting it go for now. If it was important to dig or meme, Q would have dropped a better hint. Right?
Gold bars used to be packed in wooden crates; maybe steel, lidded boxes. Very heavy. Wouldn't be stacked high on pallets, if that's what you're getting at. Dunno how banknotes are packaged but I would think they are shipped by armored car.
Keep in mine variables. Just because it's loaded on a pallet that can hold heavy items, doesn't necessarily mean the boxes are heavy. They may have just grabbed the first (or only) pallets available in the "warehouse". Boxes may not be heavy at all. I worked for a company that strapped and shrink wrapped all their palleted freight, regardless of weight and height.
