The inaugurtion of CERN was close to the same time as the inauguration of the Corpus Clock, which is not open source - exact mechanism on how it works is military and secret.

In case you never heard of it. I believe it might be connected to the CERN too. "Stephen Hawkins" inaugurated both the clock and CERN around the same time in '08. Around the same exact time of the "Banking failures"
