One thing not explained is the "red building" in the background.

Drop yourself on the driveway by the guard shack (maps.google…) and do a 360…. nothing red in the background.

The drop yourself anywhere you can that would be visible from oval office………. no red buildings/roofs.

At least not that I could find.
