I had a very bad case of something. I was at Christmas time and I believe it was from some kind of poisoning.
it made my arthritus flare up.
I had a hard time walking but it was just pain. you know, you just don't move it wrong and it still all works. or you just deal with the pain.
I stopped taking all pain killers. I gave up HFCS (corn syrp) and all store bought candy aisle corn syryp (so I still have tiny amounts of candy occastionally).
the Point: these things are often inner rashes.
the part inside is like with a rash you get on the outside (poison ivy) but it's inside.
so the swelling is in there. It jams into your joints.
and when whatever makes you swell is taken out of your diet: the pain will be gone.
