This interview was with GENERAL FLYNN by Doug Billings. Do you believe General Flynn when he says something on video? Posted an hour ago.
He said "NO PLAN".
Just happens to be posted on Parkes web site.
Billings asks Flynn directly, "Is there a plan?" Flynn says "No plan." Again he says it again at the end of the lengthy video.
If this means something different - or it's dis info - it still has to be pointed out. It cannot be denied.

Maybe Flynn should not have done the interview at all. I immediately thought dis info, but there is doubt. He was VERY emphatic about NO PLAN
Could Flynn not be in the loop on "the plan"? Possible. Deep fake? Maybe, but would Doug Billings who wants there to be a plan get suckered into interviewing a deep fake?
Flynn says it again at the end of the video also.
