HERE IS AN IDEA:

How about we let these ill run democratic states like California, New York and Illinois that want Federal aid (loans that will never be paid back or 'grants') to bail them out,to go into receivership.

Let fiscal conservatives run those states until their budgets are balanced and they're running well.

I nominate Rudy Giuliani to run New York state and New York City and get them back on their feet.
