Do not ever do this. Anon lives in a super red state . Took it off much driver's license many yrs ago when anon found out through medical spouse that being an organ donor takes all control away from your family and by being a donor [they] will use all your body parts they want. Medical spouse said [they] even take the bones if needed & put wooden dowels in to replace so body looks appropriate for viewing at funeral.
