The RFCs tell the truth, and they're not "centralized", everybody who participated in creating the Internet and its protocols back then used the RFCs to collaborate. RFC means "request for comment".

His name's not found among the collaborators.

This tells me all I need to know.

One of his campaign workers on Twitter told me "the RFCs were defaced" but that's ridiculous because, as I said, they were not "centrally distributed" – anybody who participated in the Internet's creation back then, might have a copy of them if they kept their records.
