It shows a ton of network traffic between foreign countries (a lot in China) and various county election offices in the US on November 3, 4 and 5. How they (the foreign countries) gained access and if they changed any votes.
Assuming it's legit looks like a smoking gun to me. Hopefully they have full packet captures to back all this up
