You reestablish the REPUBLIC and arrest the criminal politicians. Rid ourselves of the voting machines. Plenty that can be done. Revamping the voting procedure in all states. No harvesting no mail in voting. Only in person voting with IDs.

Looks to me to be a breast plate/necklace, for either India Indian jewelry or middle east-ish Afghani and in those regions, jewelry.
They have plenty of breastplate/necklace items in that style. Even Egyptian jewelry can look similar. I am thinking India because they use so much gold, when it can be afforded.
