Perhaps the fencing and security around the Capitol and D.C. is preparation for the reality of DJT winning in court and being the OBVIOUS winner. The Democrats won't leave and will hide inside the Perimeter. After a standoff of many days or weeks they will SUICIDE themselves rather than face trial for Treason. Seems plausible as an outcome.
