People who voted in General but not runoffs = 752,000!
That would mean the results would remain un changed IF ONLY 13% of those who didn't vote in the runoff voted R in the general (based on the higher of the two). That means we're to believe that of the non-voting people in the runoff, 87% WERE DEMS?!
What are the odds of that?
It's more likely >80% or 601,000 voted R in the general.
Remember, Trump 'lost' by only 12K votes.
