In listening to this presentation and looking at the spread sheet generated, it mentions Intrusion Method and one of them is "Credentials." Fake credentials seem to be suggested but wondering if credentials were "given" or leaked to by certain groups or officials. Not just buying machines for manipulating elections but maybe making access easy to them?
