My thoughts on that:
Nobody I admire, for example Trump, would trust a plan that he knows nothing about.
A plan coming from a letter on the interwebz.
Trump certainly wouldn't "trust" it.
Q's plan sounded interesting, but nobody in his right mind would trust a "plan" from an anonymous entity that wouldn't even reveal the plan (for opsec reasons, I get it).
I placed my trust in Trump.
Question is who founded and "owns" the International Criminal Court.
Perhaps it is just an entity like the UN or the WHO.
