Additionally, large Kremlin-owned projects like #NordStream2 are used to enrich #Russian oligarchs close to #Putin. They also export an immeasurable amount of strategic corruption and elite capture in the West. Worth keeping in mind that #NS2 is run by an ex-Stasi agent.

The grounds for cancelling Nord Stream 2 are:
It makes it easier for Putin to undermine states on Germany’s eastern border one-by-one and leaves the country exposed. A weaker Germany is a weaker @NATO. This is a mistake we will all pay for.
