its not uncommon to ship product in master cartons which are filled unit packs.
Master packs of multiple units will get sent from overseas to either:
A) a distribution center to be broken down into inventory
B) shipped to a store directly
if the pallet has a BOL (bill of lading), then its very easy to track the shipping port and destination port (as well as timing and vessel)
actually, do we have any math fags here????
its easy to determine the pallet size to maximize the volume of a 40ft container
then compare to the dimensions of imac / iphone
