that plane in Qs picture was outbound for HK, (presumably then to go from HK to NK), not the hostage plane. The new phones may or may not be related to hostages at all. With the upcoming meetings over denuke, secure comms would be essential so it may just simply be to facilitate that and unrelated to hostages at all. Was just a thought
