20yrs in private industry… I understand the parts of a rifle…
The gear does not match a fed/professional shooter… it screams amateur…
NO police,fed,mil,or pro would have any setup close…

From the 2 cheap uhf radios… pistol is left hand wear… but rifle is carried/shot right… shooters have breast clearance for proper shouldering… mag carry in the worst possible placement for access…
As for rifle… no agency would have allowed the budget… no agency would allow personal carry (legal nightmare)
