I hate to say it but that is the biggest bunch of BS. it is a platitude like 'diversity is our strength'. In reality, division is part and parcel of existence in a 3D world. I think the plan is to starve you out. Ostracize you, take away your ability to travel, cut off funding sources and make sure no one will trade anything with you. Don't know if it will work but I think that is how they plan to take you out.
