I'm going to give my view on SCOTUS taking the Lin Wood GA case, Powell's MI case, and POTUS's PA case, and I'll be assuming there'll be no military action whatsoever as they take it up for the conference on 2/19.

SCOTUS dismissed the TX case, according to their own words, because it was filed under the wrong Article of the Constitution. POTUS's case was exactly the same lawsuit, but filed under the correct Article. For a reminder, this case only involves PA switching around the election laws at the last second, and alleging that it was unconstitutional (it is). Lin Wood's lawsuit does the same thing for Georgia, while Sidney Powell's lawsuit is the only one there that actually shows proof and evidence of the voting machine switching the votes.

What I expect will happen is that SCOTUS will decide to not give a shit, the election's over, and they'll say "it's not our problem anymore" and they'll dismiss all three cases. And even in the case that they do take the cases or one of them, it's likely that they won't even hear them until October.

Now, just for a thought experiment, I'm going to assume the opposite and believe there's still some secret uber Plan to save the Republic. If I was the military and I wanted to uphold the rule of law to the best of my ability (even though my enemies flaunt it at every single opportunity), but I also knew that Biden would become false POTUS by any means necessary, I'd make damn sure that we retake the SCOTUS and give them the power to order a new election, after negating the effects of voter fraud, so as to protect every future legitimate President. This also prevents the need for Plan Z, although it would allow for a whole shit ton of "Precipice" for the normies.

Now, why the delay after the inauguration of false POTUS? I only have to assume it's to have the normies awaken at a skyrocketing pace.

Now, I'll greentext what could happen if SCOTUS actually has balls, and it could go inline with what the Plan could be, according to the rule of law.

"This won't be another 4-year election."

>SCOTUS decides to take all three cases, schedules a hearing for the spring and summer (so as to give relevant parties time to prepare for another Presidential election)

>decides that PA and GA violated the Constitution in deciding election laws, outlaws late counting of mail-in-ballots

>decides that, due to the MI case, Dominion/Smartmatic machines are to be outlawed as well

>Orders a new Presidential election for 2021 due to severe Constitutional violations that have occured

>The vote is now safe, and Trump wins

>If this were to occur, Biden's term would last for only one year, and Trumps second term lasts from 2021-2026

Under this hypothetical, it would be 5-3. Thomas and Alito being reliable patriots, and Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and ACB being MIL-selected Justices. I'd also be pretty sure that they'd order a new election if they found the 2020 one to be illegitimate. Again, that only assumes if they have balls.

How do you 'show' the public the truth?

>"ONLY AT THE PRECIPICE [moment of destruction] WILL PEOPLE FIND THE WILL TO CHANGE."

How do you 'safeguard' US elections post-POTUS?

>SCOTUS outlaws late counting of absentee/mail-in-ballots, and bars Dominion/Smartmatic voting machines from being used in elections due to gross vulnerabilities

How do you 'remove' foreign interference and corruption and install US-owned voter ID law(s) and other safeguards?

>SCOTUS orders a new Presidential election to 'remove' the foreign interference and corruption, and the new Congress after 2021 will pass national Voter ID, maybe a return to paper ballots

It had to be this way.

>Drag the entire public to the precipice

Sometimes you must walk through the darkness before you see the light.

>one year of darkness so the public demands that Trump return (which we're already seeing with the leftie's buyers remorse)
