8/20/20, in the WH Press Briefing:

Trump: "You can’t take millions of ballots, send them haphazardly all over the country, or all over a state, and expect it to come out properly…. It’ll end up being a rigged election or they will never come out with an outcome. They’ll have to do it again, and nobody wants that. And I don’t want that."

9/23/20, in the WH Press Briefing:

"I think this will end up in the Supreme Court, and I think it's very important that we have nine Justices, I think having a 4-4 situation is not a good situation, if you get that."

1/20/21, in his farewell speech:

"We'll be back in some form."

2/3/21, while playing golf:

"We're not finished yet."

If POTUS were to still know the future, then…

The only way to redo a Presidential election is if the states order a new one, after finding that their elections were gravely compromised. They don't actually have to wait for 2024.

>if SCOTUS says that the PA, MI, and GA elections were compromised from all the lawsuits, it would become a national scandal and the other 2020 swing states that have Republican state legislatures (/ourguys/) would have to order new elections in their states

>maybe I'm onto something

The way I'm imagining it and seeing it right now, and if there's a Plan that's being followed, SCOTUS would have to rule in the spring or summer.

Then I'd imagine that the resulting nationwide scandal leads the Republican swing state legislatures to order new Presidential elections in their state, like PA, GA, WI, MI, etc. If SCOTUS rules the elections were compromised, and the state legislatures order a new election this year, then election day would be November 2nd.
