Checked. Possibly two reasons
1) tacky and subverted shows are probably necessary for carefully shifting the Overton Windows of normies.
2) Time needs to be streteched to give the DS enough rope (traitors outing themselves etc). Subverted shows are necessary to fill in the gaps.
In the end, who knows, maybe the shock will be quite great after all.
