The Wall Street Journal reports that “new evidence of undeclared nuclear activities in Iran” is “raising new questions about the scope of the country’s atomic ambitions.”

The Biden Iran team doesn’t want to hear about it. They are besotted with the idea that they can make peace with the mullahs. Iran will do everything they can to get the sanctions lifted while the administration will do everything they can to sign a deal.

Given the Iranians’ skill at hiding their nuclear intentions and the Biden administration’s eagerness to get a deal done, another nuclear agreement — probably even worse than the deal Obama made in 2016 — is bound to be signed.

Those judges who dismissed suits never heard the actual evidence of election irregularities and/or fraud, since they did not allow it to be presented in their courtrooms. Such cases cannot be counted as a loss for Trump. If anything, they are evidence of a failure of our judicial system to – at a moment of national crisis – actually address election fraud.

Of the 46 remaining lawsuits, 25 cases are still ongoing, so that the winner and loser of these cases is yet to be determined, while 21 have been completely adjudicated. These are cases where the court heard arguments, considered any relevant evidence, and then issued a formal ruling on the merits.

You may be surprised to learn that, of these 21 cases, Trump has won 14 and lost 7.

Joe Biden is already putting the brakes on several campaign promises, including some he claimed were vital to Americans during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On Friday, Biden suggested his push to include raising the federal minimum wage to $15 would not make it into his nearly $2 trillion coronavirus bill.

“Look, no one should work 40 hours a week and live below the poverty wage,” Biden stated. “If you’re making less than $15 an hour, you’re living below the poverty wage.”

However, when a reporter asked, “but that may not be in your American Rescue Plan?” Biden responded with, “no. I put it in, but I don’t think it’s gonna survive.”

Late last month, Biden announced his ambitious plans to make COVID-19 vaccines accessible to all Americans by springtime. The next day, White House press secretary Jen Psaki reversed course, claiming medical experts could sing a different tune in the coming months.

“Everybody won’t be eligible this spring,” Psaki said. “As you all know, even as the CDC continues to provide updated guidance. But he would certainly defer to health and medical health experts, and obviously the guidance of Dr. Fauci, on when we may be at the pace of reaching herd immunity.”

Those who voted to impeach President Trump last month, the Democrat Party and Liz Cheney, are now realizing that they have no evidence to support their case. These politicians voted for the impeachment without any evidence for the accusations they were making.

The Board of Supervisors in Maricopa County in Arizona are in a lot of trouble. They can allow the Arizona Senate to review the voting machines and 2.1 million ballots that have been requested by the Senate, but if there is a material amount of fraud identified in this review, they could go to jail.

On the other hand, the Board of Supervisors can continue to stall and prevent any expert independent from their operations to review the machines and ballots, but this may put them all in jail even sooner. They are really in a serious predicament.
