“Newly legalized” is a misnomer
Per constitution, the State legislators are the ones who decide new election laws and procedures not judges. Judges are the interpreters of the law not the creators of law. The constitution clearly states the election laws are to be made by the state legislature. A judge in a courtroom is not a participating party in a state legislature.
The election was actually a democrat coup.
