Former CIA Director Michael Hayden, a Never-Trumper and critic of the Gateway Pundit, is now happy that Joe Biden is considering withholding intelligence from President Trump. Hayden didn’t feel the same way when it was Barack Obama for some reason.

Former CIA Director Michael Hayden cheered after President Biden said former President Donald Trump should not receive intelligence briefings, a much different response than he gave to a similar proposal just two and a half years ago.

Biden told CBS News that Trump’s “erratic behavior” justified pulling his access to intelligence briefings. Hayden reacted to the news with a tweet, saying, “It’s about time!”

But he wasn’t so enthused two and a half years ago, when Trump was the one who reportedly considered restricting former President Barack Obama’s access.

In August 2018, Hayden told CNN the idea was “an almost unspeakable proposal” that is “so un-American. It’s hard to imagine that happening in any but the most autocratic governments in the world.”

Hayden wasn’t a Trump fan because the President was reversing the precedents Hayden created while Director. We reported in August 2019:

But then also the broader censorship of deplatforming of society. I mean they have the ability to wipe you off the map online. And it’s not just someone making comments. 150 Missing After Glacier Collapse Causes Himalayan Tsunami In Northern India

Reuters reports at least 150 people are missing in northern India after a Himalayan glacier broke and caused a major flood on Sunday.

The incident occurred in the state of Uttarakhand, north of New Delhi, as a witness told Reuters a massive "wall of dust, rock, and water as an avalanche roared down the Dhauli Ganga river valley."

"It came very fast, there was no time to alert anyone," Sanjay Singh Rana, who lives on the upper reaches of the river in Raini village told Reuters by phone. "I felt that even we would be swept away."

Om Prakash, chief secretary of Uttarakhand, said the number of missing people is between 100 to 150, but the actual number has yet to be confirmed and could be much higher.

State police chief Ashok Kumar said at least 50 people working at the Rishiganga Hydroelectric Project were among the missing and feared dead. He said authorities evacuated other dams downstream.

Twitter users shared videos of the water rushing down the valley in Chamoli district, destroying everything in its path.

Biden puts US in standoff with Iran, says sanctions won't be lifted until country stops enriching uranium

In a new excerpt from his pre-Super Bowl interview, President Joe Biden made it clear there is no chance of the US lifting sanctions on Iran unless they "stop enriching uranium first," a step Tehran is not willing to take.

Biden's stance puts him at odds with Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who said before the US president's comments aired that the US must lift all sanctions if it wants Iran to "return to its commitments."

"It must lift all sanctions in practice, then we will do verification … then we will return to our commitments," he stated, according to local media.

Biden's thoughts on the matter were much briefer, but they may be expanded upon when CBS airs the wide-spanning interview with him in the hour before the Super Bowl game begins.

Asked whether the US would lift sanctions "first" to get Iran "back to the negotiating table," Biden simply responded: "No."

Starting with Italy, on Tuesday, the New York Times praised the technocrat when announcing that former head of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi was summoned to Italy in hopes of becoming the next prime minister. Described in the paper as the “pie-in-the-sky wish of many of Italy’s European Union-friendly politicians,” Draghi appears to be the man destined to guide the nation out of the current pandemic. Hundreds march through Copenhagen to protest Covid-19 lockdown & plans for vaccination passports

People opposing the Danish government’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic marched through the capital in a fresh protest on Saturday. Unlike some previous events, this week’s gathering remained peaceful and prompted no arrests.

The protest was organized by the ‘Men in Black’ group, who are unhappy with Denmark’s partial lockdown and the looming rollout of a digital system which will track vaccinations and issue certificates confirming people’s inoculation status. The passports are to be used for international travel and potentially to give access to public venues in Denmark itself.

On Saturday night, hundreds of demonstrators walked through central Copenhagen in front of the parliament building, carrying torches and flares, chanting slogans and playing music which included their unofficial anthem, a version of Italian partisan classic ‘Bella Ciao’. They also carried an effigy of Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen made to look like North Korean leader Kim Jong-un – but unlike the model of the PM seen two weeks ago, they didn’t burn it.

The burning stunt that happened on January 23 caused much controversy, as on that occasion the effigy was wearing a sign stating that the prime minister deserved to be killed. Five people were arrested during that event. Men in Black allies distanced themselves from the action and lamented that it drew attention away from their core message.

The protesters accuse Frederiksen of imposing hasty and unnecessary restrictions and forcing people into taking the vaccine. Vaccination is not compulsory in Denmark, but opponents say it could as well be mandated if the alternative is to be excluded from all social life.

Body of former Omaha mayor’s daughter found weeks after disappearance

The daughter of former Omaha, Nebraska, Mayor Jim Suttle was found dead on Saturday after going missing Jan. 27, family members said.

Cops located Amber Tjaden’s black 2019 Jaguar F-Pace SUV on an unplowed road in rural Otoe County on Friday after a days-long search, the Omaha World-Herald reported. A body was found nearby.

“They have found a car, and they have found a person which we believe is going to turn out to be Amber,” Jim Suttle told KMTV, a local CBS affiliate.

Tjaden, 48, was reported missing by her adult daughter after an argument with her husband, according to reports.

Her husband, Matthew Tjaden, was arrested two days later on charges of child neglect and suspicion of flight to avoid arrest, the World-Herald said. He posted bail on Monday and has been cooperating with law enforcement, according to the paper.

Amber Tjaden had previously filed protection orders against her husband in February and July 2015, accusing him of paranoid behavior, punching walls and threatening to kill her and her father, according to the report. Both protection orders were later dismissed.

Jim Suttle, a Democrat, served as mayor of Omaha from 2009 to 2013.

The deceased, of Weeping Water in Cass County, worked as a community college teacher and administrator. Her mother was former Nebraska Sate Sen. Deb Suttle, the World-Herald said.

“She loved teaching and helping shape the lives of young people, she loved to make a difference,” Tjaden’s adult daughter Savannah Suttle posted on Facebook on Saturday.

“All of the social media attention is what helped get her car identified and get her found,” the post read. “Remember this the next time you see a post for a missing person – spreading the word as much as possible really does help.”

After Escaping Jail the First Time, Fmr. DARE Cop Arrested AGAIN for Making Child Porn

Rush County, IN — For those who doubt the existence of blue privilege and the ability of cops to escape accountability for unspeakable crimes, the following case should serve as proof it is real. When an officer of the law is caught exploiting and abusing society’s most vulnerable — children — and they can escape any significant jail time, this is definitive proof of blue privilege. Former officer Cale Worley shows the dangers of such privilege, as child predators, regardless of a badge, don’t normally strike just once.

In 2013, then-Rushville Police officer Worley, was arrested after he was caught having an “inappropriate” relationship with a child. The female juvenile was a student in the district where Worley served as the DARE officer, visiting multiple schools around the county.

After hearing his niece talk about her relationship with the school DARE cop, the uncle of the girl reported it to the police. Worley was subsequently arrested on charges of felony official misconduct (class D felony) and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (class A misdemeanor) in February 2013.

In March of 2013, Worely pleaded guilty to all the charges but was never sent to jail. Instead, Worley was stripped of his credentials and certifications to be a police officer and EMT in Indiana.

Worely had tested the system’s limits when it came to his blue privilege, and he won. For a child predator, this was music to his repeat offending ears. Fast-forward to 2020 and yet another investigation was launched into Worely’s conduct.

This time, the allegations were far worse as the crimes involved an extremely young child. Worely is accused of using the girl to make his own child sexual exploitation material, otherwise known as child porn.

According to the indictment released by the United States District Court Southern District of Indiana, as reported by Greensburg Daily News, Worley used and attempted to use a minor (a female under 12 years of age) to engaged in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depiction of such conduct.

The indictment stated around March of 2020, Worley also knowingly possessed and accessed material containing child pornography. The indictment mentions Worley possessed 22 files of images or videos, including one or more files of a minor under 12 years of age.

This time around, Worely’s charges are far more grim and the single charge of sexual exploitation of a child comes with a maximum of 30 years in prison. The charge of possession of child pornography comes with a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Hopefully he serves every day of these sentences if convicted.

[President Trump] is and always has been a mirror archive of POTUS’ tweets and statements that we’ve run for years,” wrote Torba. “We’ve always been transparent about this and would obviously let people know if the President starts using it.”

Elaborating on why President Trump is not using Gab, Torba added, “The only reason he’s not using it right now to contact his base is because dopey advisers like Jared Kushner, who lost him the election, are blocking him from using it.”

This comes a month after there were rumors that President Trump was set to join Gab, and Torba revealed that he was in communication with President Trump’s remaining team on January 13. After days of no action from President Trump, Torba revealed that Jared Kushner and Dan Scavino were preventing the President from joining the platform. Now, Torba is doubling down.

“We will go on the record stating that we know 100% for a fact that Jared Kushner is actively trying to keep Trump off Gab and has been for weeks,”Torba wrote yesterday. “Because Gab is the only safe place left for conservatives that means Kushner is trying to keep Trump off the Internet.”

In July, when the Trump campaign was facing dismal levels of excitement from its base, President Trump reportedly revealed that he regretted going along with Kushner’s advice.

Delingpole: Study Disputes That Earth Is in a ‘Climate Emergency’

There is no “climate emergency”, according to a study for the Global Warming Policy Foundation by independent scientist Dr Indur Goklany.

Goklany concludes:

While climate may have changed for the warmer:

• Most extreme weather phenomena have not become more extreme, more deadly, or more destructive

• Empirical evidence directly contradicts claims that increased carbon dioxide has reduced human wellbeing. In fact, human wellbeing has never been higher

• Whatever detrimental effects warming and higher carbon dioxide may have had on terrestrial species and ecosystems, they have been swamped by the contribution of fossil fuels to increased biological productivity. This has halted, and turned around, reductions in habitat loss

The report will make hugely depressing reading for all the prominent environmental activists — from the Pope and Doom Goblin Greta Thunberg to the Great Reset’s Klaus Schwab — who have been pushing the “climate emergency” narrative. It is an article of faith for the globalist elite and their useful idiots in the media, in politics, in business, and the entertainment that the world is on course for climate disaster which only radical and costly international action can prevent.

But Goklany’s report — Impacts of Climate Change: Perception & Reality — claims there is little if any evidence to support the scare narrative.

At the end, Goklany provides a table, setting out all the scaremongering claims made by environmental groups — and then comparing them with observed reality. Only one of the claims stands up, according to the study — weather has been getting slightly warmer:

Access to cleaner water has increased; mortality from ‘Extreme Weather Events’ has declined by 99 per cent since the 1920s; fewer people are dying from heat; death rates from climate-sensitive diseases like malaria and diarrhoea have decreased (since 1900 malaria death rates have declined 96 per cent); hunger rates have declined; poverty has declined (GDP per capita has quadrupled since 1950 even as CO2 levels have sextupled); life expectancy has more than doubled since the start of industrialisation; health adjusted life expectancy has increased; global inequality has decreased in terms of incomes, life expectancies and access to modern-day amenities; the earth is green and more productive; habitat lost to agriculture has peaked due to fossil fuel dependent technologies.

Greek PM Unhappy with German Sale of Attack Submarines to Turkey

Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has spoken out against Germany’s plans to export Type 214 Class submarines to Turkey as tensions between the two NATO members are heightened.

Prime Minister Mitsotakis spoke out about the sale of the submarines by the government of German Chancellor Angela Merkel after noting that the United States had brought sanctions against Turkey last year after it purchased the Russian-made S-400 missile system.

“Germany plans to export attack submarines to Turkey. This is an issue which concerns us,” Mitsotakis said during an online conference this week, Greek newspaper I Kathimerini reports.

The German government has largely ignored requests from Greece not to sell Turkey six of the Type 214 Class submarines despite the ongoing tensions caused last year by Turkish aggression in the Eastern Mediterranean, which came close to bringing the two countries into military conflict.

A report from Forbes magazine released late last month noted the construction of the six submarines, along with Turkey’s first locally-built multi-purpose frigate, the TCG Istanbul, which was launched last month.

The report claimed that the Greek navy is lagging behind Turkey, stating, “Athens will almost certainly require newer and more modern warships to counter its rival Turkey’s rapidly growing naval strength.”

According to the Greek City Times, the Greek navy has just four of the type 214 class submarines which are considered to operate silently underwater.

Tensions between Greece and Turkey remain high despite Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan claiming last month that he wanted to improve relations with the European Union, saying: “We are ready to get the relationship back on track. We expect our European friends to show the same goodwill.”

At the same time, Turkish government communications director Fahrettin Altun pushed the policy of the “Blue Homeland,” which states that Turkey has a claim to many of the waters Greece currently considers part of its own territory.

A Labour Party MP in Britain has nominated communist Cuba’s medical slavery system for a Nobel Peace Prize for its supposed role in helping other countries during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

Zarah Sultana, the 27-year-old leftist Member of Parliament for Coventry South, heaped praise on the cruel medical regime in Cuba, claiming that “the internationalism by the Cuban people and the medical brigade is an incredible example of humanity and solidarity across borders.”

“Cuban doctors have provided hope and inspiration through this pandemic, travelling to forty countries to help fight the coronavirus.

“What makes this even more remarkable is the fact that Cuba has faced decades of blockade from the United States,” Sultana added.

“That’s why I’m proud to have officially nominated them for the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize,” she pronounced.

Ms Sultana is an acolyte of the disgraced former leader of the Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, who alongside over twenty other British lawmakers has also nominated the communist country’s medical slavery system for the prize, according to the Cuban government’s state-run news agency Prensa Latina.

“They have shown themselves unsurpassable in their sheer determination to volunteer anywhere at any time to save lives,” Mr Corbyn wrote on social media announcing his nomination.

The former Labour leader has long been a proponent of the Castro regime in Cuba and has been a supporter of the leftist Cuba Solidarity Campaign. Following the death of Fidel Castro in 2016, the far-left British politician hailed the leftist dictator for his “heroism” and declared that he was a “massive figure in the history of the whole planet”.

Like many leftist figures in the West, Mr Corbyn also praised the communist regime for supposedly managing “to bring good quality health services to all the people of Cuba”.

The medical slavery system in Cuba has long been an object of praise for Western left-wingers, drawing support from American socialist senator Bernie Sanders, as well as filmmaker Michael Moore and actor Sean Penn.

But while the healthcare system in Cuba has often received praise from the left in the West, Cuban doctors are subject to slave-like conditions and are forced to work in foreign countries, with the communist regime taking as much as 90 per cent of their earned wages.

About two-thirds of Republicans say Joe Biden was not legitimately elected president, according to a new poll conducted barely two weeks after he was inaugurated.

The poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research shows 33% of Republicans say Biden was legitimately elected as the 46th president of the United States, while 65% say he was not. Overall, roughly two-thirds of Americans say Biden was legitimately elected; nearly all Democrats say so.

Now, that the White House has been stolen, even the Left is admitting that the elites worked together to steal the election from Trump.

There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both surprises were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. The pact was formalized in a terse, little-noticed joint statement of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and AFL-CIO published on Election Day. Both sides would come to see it as a sort of implicit bargain–inspired by the summer’s massive, sometimes destructive racial-justice protests–in which the forces of labor came together with the forces of capital to keep the peace and oppose Trump’s assault on democracy.
