Note: our Patriot family all got the virus at Christmas. Only four of us lost taste and smell, others had low fever, fatigue, mild annoying congestion with cough. So "D" is not an option.
Personally, the "way" the symptoms showed, then progressed and changed seemed eerily like a software program. One day I'd have a fever, the next congestion, then a cough… then back to fever. This anon is old and has been sick hundreds of times and NEVER experienced this type of illness. I suspect "C" is the correct answer.
