i thought they were from all branches and not just the army. i say its comms ….Why isn't local Military doing the ceremony?
>>12853576I know it was a color guard. i replied to the fact that the Military District of DC is Army so why would other Branches of the Color Guard be "from" the Military District of DC if ONLY the Army is stationed there. I'm sticking with it is comms to let us know Military is in charge
