That had to be predictable and it has been more than 4 years now to deal with threats. Unless there was no plan and it was all make it up as you go along.
Guessing that’s the military mindset. Not raised that way so see things differently. When expectations were set 4 years ago it wasn’t about how many kids do we allow to be killed it was let’s stop it now. Or how many Patriots do we allow to be murdered by a thuggish cabal? So no. I don’t accept any number as acceptable or excuses for delays for evil acts that could have been prevented.
