re: Ashli Babbit gunshot to the neck:

"neck wound"

Improvised part 9: a wound packing bandage for the neck. Once you've worked hard controlling junctional hemorrhage with wound packing, the safest bet is to maintain constant direct pressure. A wound packing bandage allows you to maintain some degree of hands-free direct pressure.

all of this WAS NOT DONE?

I was at the rear of the Capitol at the point of the breach. It was obvious that Antifa was involved. It was very well organized. Me and a couple of other veterans attempted to tell the people around us what was being caused by Antifa. They had a few of them at the metal barricades shaking it to cause the police to approach them in an attempt to secure the barricade.

The really strange thing was that there were only about 6-8 "police" between the rally participants and the Capitol Building. The so called officer's looked really frightened and physically not what I would have expected for security of such a important Institution as the Capitol. I was a police officer several years ago and it just didn't make sense how security was implemented and the amount of officers present. Many people were making the same remarks especially when the instigators began to engage the police at the barricade.

As the officers attempted to wrestle the barricade from antifa there was one guy funneling 3-4 antifa at a time to also grab the barricade from the officers. Several minutes into it the same guy waived in a few more. This was done in order to draw the officer's to a smaller portion of the fence. At this point antifa pulled hard on the barricade toward themselves in order to pull officers off balance and into their group in order to assault the police. One officer did loose their balance and was kicked and hit by the antifa at that position. Several of the "good guys" were able to protect the officer long enough so he could fall back.

Finally, there was about 10 people yelling to to the crowd for them to follow them to the Capitol. At first there was a pause from the rally participants to follow, then they did move forward. The antifa were easily identify because they were wearing helmets, gas masks, plate carriers, boots and many were wearing bofeng radios. There was one guy who was wearing a red, white and blue Spartan helmet. He stayed in the rear area and appeared to be one of the organizers.

Once again things really didn't make sense at the point where the struggle was taking place at the barricade between the police and antifa. 4 officer's in full black battle rattle exited the Capitol and stood at the top of the steps. Three of them were caring M-4 rifles and one was holding a gas firing gun with a rotating cylinder. As the crowd made contact with the "officers" they offered very little resistance to the crowd and moved out of the way of people to enter the Capitol. I don't understand why the gas gun was not deployed. If used I believe that would have dispersed the crowd because 95 % of them did not want to enter the building. They appeared to satisfied to get their pictures taken. I understand why deadly force was not used because it did not appeared that the crowd was not showing aggressive behavior. The only people I saw breaking windows was antifa.

This took place in approximately 15 minutes. I wondered where the back up was, however none arrived at that point. Since I stayed at the barricaded area I decided to leave because of what was occurring. 20 minutes latter law enforcement was responding to the Capitol in their vehicles. At the same time of their response I observed a bus with the military exiting it.

As a veteran and police officer I am confused as to why anyone who attended the rally is now being labeled as domestic terrorist. There was no rioting such as destruction and looting and burning of buildings.

It's bad enough that we, who are Trump supporters are being painted with such a broad brush as the bad guys is stunning, Now my brother's and sisters in law enforcement are treating Trump supporters as criminals. I took my oath to defend the Constitution twice and I regard it as a very important part of my life. When I was in the police academy I remember what the instructor said to us. He stated, " REMEBER, YOU ARE NOT ABOVE THE LAW, BUT REPRESENT THE LAW". Integrity was an important part of law enforcement and to the public to service and PROTECT.

I feel very strongly that the election was indeed stolen by the Democrat's and our foreign enemies of the United States of America. There is a tremendous amount of irrefutable evidence. The assassination of our Republic is devastating to me because I love my Country and what it had stood for. The keepers of our Constitutional Republic both now and in the past have been allowed to die before our eyes without the Military's intervention and to honor not only their oath but to our Nation's military dead who's bodies lie on battlefields around the World and this Country. They were willing to honor their oath's even to the point of the loss of their lives. Where are you my brother and sister's in arms? I apologize for the length of this comment.

May God bless the United States and who have sacrificed everything.
