For those keeping score that didn't notice, Chrysler (and of course Jeep) is now controlled by Peugeot, which is run by Carlos Ghosn's number 2 guy, Carlos Tavares.
Up until then they were controlled by Mike Manley, who took over after Sergio Marchionne mysteriously died of a shoulder issue. The day after Sergio's death, Exor's Chairman/CEO John Elkann spoke a few words about Sergio's death. This was the first many people in Chrysler had even heard of the guy.
Since then Manley brought in more deep state cronies, a lot from ZF (which used to be TRW) like Mamatha Chamarthi, Mark Stewart from Amazon (and ZF), Martin Bally as CISO. There are too many to remember all of their names, but they are obvious from their behavior.
Basically when the deep state take over a company they do so in a very methodical manner. They take over human resources, security, networking and senior management. Human resources is an important key because they have control over hiring. All of these are needed to cover up any crimes they commit. If there is an ethics line or whistleblower line, they control that too.
Human resources these days is loaded with clowns who are there for the purpose of running diversity programs and critical race brainwash sessions.
