What would be the reason they had to let Joe take over for a bit? Is it so arrests can go down under his watch? Or something else? There's a reason, need help analyzing.

I doubt he is awake. I think he is still in Delaware too. It is someone at the WH.

He met Trump at a Westchester golf course
Trump met Scavino nearly 30 years ago at Briar Hall Country Club, the Briarcliff property Trump would purchase soon after and turn into Trump National Golf Club Westchester. At the time, Scavino was a Yorktown High School student working as a caddie and in the bag room.
In that role, Scavino met sports stars, such as Michael Jordan, and businessmen from Fortune 100 companies, such as the Coca-Cola executive who gave him a job after graduating from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1998.
After working his way up in that organization, he rejoined Trump as the assistant manager at the Westchester course in 2004. He was named an executive vice president in 2008 at the age of 32, after being made general manager of the club.
“I don’t forget the caddie days,” Scavino told the Journal in 2010. “And I don’t forget working in the bag room. And I don’t forget how hard the people that are doing that now worked. I’ll never forget my roots.”
He gambled his job on a Dutchess golf course
In 2009, Scavino told Trump he needed to see a golf club in Stormville the businessman would want to add to his collection of courses. As he recalled it, Scavino told Trump if he didn’t like the course, he could fire him.
“You don’t want to waste his time driving a half-hour north from Westchester,” Scavino told the Journal.
The course was Branton Woods Golf Club on Stormville Road. Before the end of that year, Trump had purchased the course and renamed it Trump National Golf Club, Hudson Valley.
“Dan is the reason I bought this place,” Trump said. “He said ‘Mr. Trump, if you can buy it, buy it.’”
