>How can people smoke pot when the same retard governor is forcing everyone to wear face mask?

Because cannabis prevents and treats coronavirus.

Entire medical field is comped for not recognizing the body's own Endocannabinoid System

>So Evers is an American hero…

No. Because we still have yet to address the fact that millions of innocent American citizens were being locked away for years, abused, tortured, and extorted, all because people spent decades pumping out slanderous propaganda, while testing all types of fucked up shit. Because according to them there was "no safer alternative" for these poisonous pharmaceuticals, the same time they tried claiming there was "no medicinal use" for one Natural plant that has more medicinal value than anything in the entire pharmaceutical industry

>It was DJT DOJ per Matt Whitaker on live national television in a Q&A with Congress, where he stated that the DOJ was literally working overtime in order to ratify over 150 international treaties in order to make Bills that would lower and/or remove cannabis from Narc Scheduling even possible.

I hope so. In the mean time, I know I been royally fucked by the system. Am currently enduring beyond just cruel and unusual punishments. While living in a state that had legalized medicinal for over a decade, but has yet to even acknowledge the hundreds of thousands of citizens who's lives these bogus laws affected in our state alone. It was an infringement upon our First Amendment Rights, to begin with, in multiple ways. For starters, it's a gift from Nature's God. The cannabinoids are "designed" to work with the receptors in our body's Endocannabinoid System. Every creature in the natural world has this master-regulatory system, whether they take the pots or nots. Whether or not "science" understand how this all works, it still functions just as our Creator intended. We hold these truths to be self-evident.

The second reason why the prohibition was an infringement upon our First Amendment Rights, was because it prohibited the free exercise of a religion, in the form of a practice of medicine. By taking the side of the pharmaceutical companies, while outlawing a natural medicine, this is in direct defiance with the wording of the Constitution. I could easily argue that the imperfect practice of flawed pharmaceuticals is no less on par with the likes of a religious cult. Prior to prohibition, there were several practitioners of medicine who certainly did administer cannabis products to patients, with the utmost respect for both the patients health and the profession, itself. So, law getting involved in business they know nothing about, which certainly does have impact on people's health and well-being, totally against the Numero Uno, yo.

Also, it abridged the Freedom of Speech. People were not allowed to say that they use cannabis as a natural medicine, because the law would take that as an admission of guilt. The would hear "I use cannabis…", omit the part about medicine, and prosecute an innocent person like they were doing them a goddam favor. Scientists were not allowed to test or even possess to test the substance. Therefore, no one was allowed to speak up professionally to state or claim even a single medicinal use or basis thereof.

Totally fubar, and we haven't even gotten into the part about indentured servitude casually being passed down as supplementary sentencing for a very non-violent "crime", that clearly was no wrong on the part of the many innocent who were convicted. Can't say it was a victimless crime, either. Between the countless innocent citizens who this affected, on top of every last tax-payer who was defrauded to fund all this mess, there are clearly many victims. Just needed to understand who was truly guilty of what crime

>Baby Steps.

Would be nice if the consulted with some of the people formerly prosecuted. I feel like I personally know more about medicinal cannabis than the entire state which has supposedly been "regulating" the medicinal industry, without even understanding quality, nor requiring formal training. But "medical"… Just send the state $100 & go wild..

My state is still trying to waste moar tax-payer money in kangaroo courts instead of outright granting some kind of redress. They have yet to even apologize…

>I have been medical for the last decade, yet I can not even talk about it with my shitty doctor at the VA.

This is the most disturbing part to me. The fact that doctors act like it is not even an option. Going so far to say that it's "bad for your health". Then through their patient on handfuls of whatever the drug companies pay the most to push.

I've seen cannabis patients go into emergency at the hospital, only to get held for days on end, without answers. All while getting fed meds for even the slightest bit of something might be off. Which then throws something else off. Which then gets another form of "medicine". Fucking hospitals are psychopaths. Straight up just kidnap people for days, just to run experiments, as long as they have valid insurance to pay for it all. I'm not a lawyer, but I have had to threaten to sue just to get a patient out of a hospital, before. Some really fucked up shit going on.

Not trying to divide the spoils.

Just trying not to continue to be a POW for the rest of my life. Which appears to be happening. No really. "More primitive than torture".

Half (or more) of the state AGs conspired to get biden elected…

So, I would not really count on them to take any action against the big guy
