I know what you mean anon, I dated a girl who had the same problem. I asked her one time: "What do you think about?" She literally responded with: "Nothing". Blew my mind, some people really do just live in the moment. I always wondered why most people have very poor memory and never remember anything. I read somewhere that intelligence is correlated with a good memory and I honestly agree with that statement. I can't even turn off my internal dialogue let alone can comprehend how some have none of it. Just a theory but I believe vaccines, alcohol and fluoride are the main culprit.
