The thing is, Cicada has been around for how long? what have they done to help?
Their obsession with secrecy and encoding everything so only "the best" can decode their riddles and then what? They haven't done anything to awaken the masses, to share information to the public, only their stupid riddles year after year.
I've more questions about Cicada than Q, I can see the Q phenomenon awaken the masses at a high rate (even if it's just a LARP). Either way, question both.
