How does a garbage case like this make it to SCOTUS in the first place? They turn away far better. Doesn't bode well for anybody.
Fidelity is working just fine. Got a few shares of GME for keks, don't care if it goes to zero. Going to HODL but with an outstanding order so they can't lend it out to shorts.
