It really seems impossible.
I had a similar experience with respect to what people observe.
During the majority of the Obama administration, there were no cumulous clouds in the DC area.
The sky would begin blue, get sprayed, become milky white and overcast followed by some percentage of rain.
Repeat day after day.
When Trump came in, the skies began to clear and eventually cumulous clouds returned! Yay!
I commented on the return of the clouds and so many people said they hadn't noticed.
