DOD press briefing, but the dude stutters and ums through the entire debacle. Can't answer questions and acts dumber than dirt. Reporter calls him out at the very end, when he refers her to S Korea forces for her question about are there any schedule changes to the exercises in March. She's like you refer me to SK forces, but that's your job. KEK Dude seems like he doesn't know what's going on. I don't know who he is, but he's briefing for DOD. Seems weird.
