I saw the Zillow Off The Market listing for the White House and rememebr seeing it years ago but it said ZERO. Reading the Zillow page shows a ten year tracking yet only gives 8 years of data for the value. That indicates something in 2012 took place to create a public record document that determined the property value. The White House is not covered in the National Registrar ofHistoric Places.

I also found a Trulia page forthe White House. It states in leiu of rent 270 electoral votes can be provided. It might be for comedic purposes but there is legal truth in it. Joe didn't get the 270 therefore he is defrauding the people out of rent money.
