The real problem that no one understands is that property taxes are lower for these deep state companies too. Many years ago people could have thriving small businesses without franchising in many facets of industry. Big Box push happened years ago and made the economy worse and now people who would once make a medium to high income have been replaced by minimum wage jobs, all while giving us cheep Chinese products that you have to buy over and over again.

I am an MCSE, that is not a problem, but to build your own solution is time and resource intensive. No one builds alone, too much to do. I've tried a few times.
