There are more good actors than bad. Most are simply held hostage by threat of nuclear weapons. IE, rapid turn around from Kim Jong-un.

Rogue nuclear states propped up by the cabal are holding the world hostage. Patriots protect their citizens and the threat of nuclear weapons protects the cabal.
