Judicial Watch is trying to find that out.

We filed a notice of appeal with the Supreme Court of Delaware, asking for access to records about President Biden’s senatorial papers held by the University of Delaware.

These papers include more than 1,850 boxes of archival records from his senate career.

This appeal seeks a reversal of the opinion of the Superior Court of Delaware, which is blocking a state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

It comes in the lawsuit we filed with the Daily Caller News Foundation after a Delaware Attorney General’s opinion denied access to the records (Daily Caller News Foundation v. University of Delaware (No. N20A-07-001)).

The Delaware FOIA lawsuit was filed in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware on July 2, 2020.

Less than 3% of recent COVID deaths in Israel were vaccinated - Netanyahu

“We are in a state of emergency,” the prime minister said.

More than 97% of the 1,536 people who died in the last month from COVID-19 had not been vaccinated, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday during a visit to a Clalit Health Services vaccination center in the Arab town of Zarzir. “Less than 3% of them were vaccinated.”

He visited the center with Health Minister Yuli Edelstein to help encourage vaccination among the Arab population, which he said has increased in recent weeks but still lags behind the rest of the population.

“We are in a state of emergency,” Netanyahu said. “That is why I am here and am going to all the Arab and haredi [ultra-Orthodox] local authorities. There are gaps, and we want to vaccinate everyone.”

Sixty-six percent of haredim over the age of 60 have been vaccinated with at least one dose of the vaccine, and 57% of Arabs have, according to the Health Ministry. In contrast, 90% of the rest of the public over the age of 60 have received at least their first shot.

Moreover, while 36% of all Israelis have been vaccinated, this includes 29% of the haredi population, 19% of Arabs and 42% of everyone else.

The country’s vaccination centers are working around the clock to vaccinate people, Netanyahu said.

Law enforcement officers are responding to an active shooter situation at a healthcare facility in Buffalo, Minnesota, the US Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) said on Tuesday.

"[ATF] is in route to a healthcare facility in Buffalo, Minnesota, after reports of an active shooter situation. No further details are available at this time," the agency said via Twitter.

First Deputy Head Of Ukrainian SBU Admits State Security Service Works In Interets Of Foreign Powers

The ongoing struggle for power within the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) finally forced the intelligence agency leadership to admit that the organization works in the interests of foreign powers rather than in the interests of Ukraine itself.

In January, Ukrainian authorities tried to arrest the former first deputy head of the SBU Dmitry Neskromny, but he fled the arrest and is now engaged in a fierece battle with the rival power group that accuses him of transferring money for organizing the contract murder of Andrei Naumov, head of the SBU’s main internal security department. This situation once again showcased the state of chaos within the Ukrainian security services and led to particular revelations.

In his recent video, Neskromny admitted that the SBU in fact works in the interests of foreign powers and the president and the SBU head himself are at least misinformed about the real situation.

“I am recording this video to show that I am alive, that I am safe and out of reach of people who would like to eliminate me … And to inform that tomorrow’s press conference, unfortunately, will not be. The Ukrainian authorities have put me on the international wanted list and, on the advice of lawyers, I will have to change the defense strategy,” Neskoromny said in a video message on his Telegram channel.

He claimed that his further actions will depend on the results of negotiations, which his lawyers are conducting with representatives of European law enforcement agencies.

“These are not easy negotiations. I have been made certain proposals that I cannot agree to, since I am an active employee of the Security Service of Ukraine. I will never agree to work against Ukraine. However, I am ready to provide the Europeans with information about corruption in the highest echelons of power, I have data on embezzlement of international aid, there is data on the withdrawal of money from state banks – Oschadbank, PrivatBank, soon there will be data on Ukreximbank and Ukrgasbank,” he claimed.

Neskoromny added that he is ready to reveal the information about “what is actually happening in the Security Service of Ukraine.”

According to Neskoromny, “the SBU is not working in the interests of the country now, many employees are recruited in favor of certain foreign intelligence services.” He emphasized that the head of the SBU often does not have information about what is happening and President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky does not have a complete picture of what is happening.

There is nothing new that as a result of the 2014 coup Ukraine became a failed state. Its leadership as well as intelligence and security agencies are just puppets of Ukraine’s ‘best friend’ in the West. Nonetheless, the current situation has demonstrated that the state of corruption, chaos and lawlessness reached the level when even the leaders of what left of Ukraine are forced to admit this.

“That is not an option. We cannot retreat in and wait out climate change, it will just get worse,” said Carney.

He added, “When you look at climate change from a human mortality perspective, it will be the equivalent of a coronavirus crisis every year from the middle of this century, and every year, not just a one-off event. So it is an issue that needs to be addressed now.”

COVID-19 Relief Bill Stalled Over Payments to Illegal Aliens

A trillion or two dollars in the COVID-19 relief bill has been stalled by Senate Democrats insisting on payments to illegal aliens, while millions of Americans remain unnecessarily unemployed and hopeless.

POLITICO reports that Democrats are “split” as “progressives rage” in their effort to send more borrowed money to illegal aliens.

“Split” might be putting it all too nicely.

Whatever the case, it took two POLITICO infotainment writers, Burgess Everett and Marriane Levine, to come up with this awful paragraph:

An effort to restrict stimulus checks to undocumented immigrants is blowing a hole in Democrats’ unity in the Biden era, after a bloc of Democrats sided with Republicans over their more progressive colleagues last week. The immigration status of those seeking new stimulus payments is shaping up as a major point of contention among Democrats as the House and Senate write their coronavirus relief bills, presaging the tough fights ahead among the party’s tight majorities in Congress on a politically volatile issue.

The effort is to restrict stimulus checks from illegal aliens, not to them, and “undocumented immigrants” isn’t the correct legal terminology.

Third Stimulus Package Update: Top CEOs Meeting With Joe Biden, Janet Yellen

President Joe Biden and Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will meet Tuesday with chief executives of some of the nation's largest companies to discuss the $1.9 trillion stimulus package.

No agenda for the meeting has been disclosed by the White House. Expected to attend are Jamie Dimon of JPMorgan, Doug McMillon of Walmart, Sonia Syngal of Gap, Marvin Ellison of Lowe's and U.S. Chamber of Commerce head Tom Donohue.

The meeting is prefaced by a January jobs report published last week. Only 49,000 jobs were added to the economy in January, while the unemployment rate fell from 6.7% in December to 6.3%. That rate includes 406,000 people who left the labor force.

Business leaders are reportedly supportive of the Biden plan and are not in favor of efforts by Republican lawmakers to reduce the size of the package.

"What our members are saying is they are supporting what the Biden administration is saying about the urgency of providing the rescue that's needed," Josh Bolten, president and CEO of Business Roundtable, said Wednesday. "First get the pandemic under control and second, support the most vulnerable through tough economic times. We are for whittling up on those elements of it."

House Democrats on Tuesday settled the debate over income thresholds for what would be the third round of direct stimulus payments, keeping the limits where they had been for the previous payments: $75,000 for individuals and $150,000 for married couples.
