One eye symbolism.

Some cover the whole eye like the Hollywood stars. These could be low level cabal. They probably hardly even know what it means. Low rank.

Some seem to have this dot/circle next to the eye on the cheek. Similar to the punched eye people we often see. Adrenochrone? Since Abramovich has this, it must indicate high rank.
