Removal from office AND, if desired, disbarment from future office.
As far as his "experts" cited ... they are assholes with a twisted view of the English language. They have a need of showing that they have value by being able to twist common words into perverted meaning ... for a dollar.
If the founding fathers meant "or", they could have said so.
