Ok. So is it? DJT is president therefore he can be impeached. Or: DJT is Ex-President so he can't be impeached? If it's DJT is president & can be impeached, then Chief Justice Roberts MUST preside. If DJT is Ex-President, then: there can be no impeachment of a private citizen!
